Ir augsta iespçjamîbas pakâpe, ka cilvçki, kuri dzîvo ar HIV, savas dzîves laikâ saskarsies ar citâm slimîbâm. To apstiprinâja vairâk nekâ 3000 darbu, kuru tçma bija HIV infekcijas ietekme uz HIV pozitîvo cilvçku veselîbu, kompleksâ analîze, ko veica starptautiskâ pçtnieku grupa MedUni Vienna vadîbâ.
Ðî apskata rezultâti liecina, ka 37 no slimîgajiem stâvokïiem ir bûtiska saikne ar HIV, bet astoòiem – pârliecinoði vai visai pârliecinoði pierâdîjumi par saikni ar vîrusu. Tâs ir: HOPS (hroniska obstruktîvâ plauðu slimîba), aizdusa, klepus, ançmija, mâtes sepse, ar grûtniecîbu saistîta mirstîba, kaulu lûzumi un sirds iðçmiskâ slimîba.
Cilvçkiem, kuri dzîvo ar HIV, ir daudz augstâks risks saslimt ar minçtajâm slimîbâm vai ar to saistîtajiem simptomiem. Austrijâ aptuveni 98%, kas dzîvo ar HIV, lieto antiretrovîrusu preparâtus. Kaut viòiem dzîves ilgums ir tâds pats kâ cilvçkiem bez HIV, taèu ir vairâk hronisku slimîbu.
Iespçjamie iemesli, kâpçc tâ notiek, ir zâïu blakusefekti, dzîvesveida faktori un pats vîruss, kas, pastâvîgi atrodoties organismâ, paâtrina ðûnu novecoðanos.
